- Analysis of your current health plan and a comparison between products from all major carriers on and off the marketplace – Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Harvard Pilgrim, and Maine Community Health Options.
- Review of ACA laws that apply to employers, employees and individuals to assist you in determination of group size and penalties. Discussion includes employer mandates, individual mandates, essential health benefits, actuarial value, medical loss ratio, small business tax credits, group size laws that pertain to offering of coverage, COBRA and W-2 reporting rules, and employer notification.
- Enrollment services including one on one meeting with your employees to discuss the available options.
- Provide access to third party administration for Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Section 125 Administration (pre-tax plans) and COBRA administration.
- Work closely with HR (human resources) staff to assist/guide them in new employee enrollment, benefit explanation, and group administration.
- Provide employee census templates to assist in quoting new business and renewals.
- Provide review of areas for potential cost savings between plans based on employee needs including multi-platform options.
- Comparison of HMO, PPO and HSA plan design differences and how it impacts your employees with regards to benefit, provider network and out of pocket costs.
