Lisa started her insurance career in 1986 as an underwriter for Commercial Union York. Underwriting exposed her to all types of business exposures throughout Maine. As she gained knowledge on how the industry worked, Lisa soon realized that her real passion was working directly with business owners.

Lisa became a commercial lines producer with Macomber, Farr & Whitten in 1998. She became a partner in 2008. She was named President in 2015. She has provided excellent customer service ever since.

Lisa served on various local boards including the Bureau of Insurance educational review committee. She currently serves on the Kennebec Valley YMCA Board of Directors. She earned her AIS designation in 1999.

Lisa is a Notary Public. She was recognized several times by her BNI group as an outstanding business partner. In 1998, she was named Insurance Woman of the Year for Kennebec Valley.

As part of the Macomber, Farr & Whitten ownership team, Lisa strives to provide the best insurance experience possible to all our clients. She is dedicated to educating business owners on their insurance risks and providing coverage to protect their financial interests.

Lisa resides in Benton with her husband Bill and daughter Abbie. When not working with clients, Lisa enjoys traveling with Bill and Abbie, spending time with her son Andy, daughter-in-law Kylie, and her two granddaughters.
