Susan began her business studies at the Morse School, Hartford Connecticut, in 1986. She soon entered the insurance industry at Great American Insurance, working her way from a processing representative to insurance rater. After moving to Maine in 1994, she raised her son, Adam, until joining the staff at Macomber Farr & Whitten in 2003.

As part of our team, Susan assists our clients with billing questions, payments, and mortgagee changes. She has completed classes on the Principles of Insurance and participated in multiple customer service training sessions. Susan also is an active member of the Clinton Lions Club. She and her husband, Andy, enjoy kayaking, fishing, swimming and time spent with family and friends.
